We do not offer refunds if a product ceases to function due to a game update, detection by anti-cheat systems, or if your account gets banned or suspended. Exploiting inherently carries risks, and by purchasing, you accept full responsibility for any consequences. If a tool is down for maintenance or updating, you must wait for the developers to push an update; this is not grounds for a refund.

Any attempt to bypass this policy by filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute via PayPal, Stripe, your bank, or your credit card company will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform and all associated software. We will also forward the dispute to the relevant software developers to blacklist your keys, and we may report the fraudulent activity.
